The “Tajimimirukomichi Website” refers to the Tajimi Tourism Association website (https://tajimirukomichi.jp) ("The Service") on the Internet.
In order to use this service, it is necessary to accept the Terms of Use and complete membership registration. By clicking the “I agree” button on the registration screen, you agree to the Terms of Use. In addition, if you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent's prior consent.
In order to participate in each program, advance reservation is required after membership registration. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications for activities that have reached the capacity before the reservation deadline will be closed.
Please be sure to observe the precautions and instructions of the activity organizer and Tajimi Mirukomichi Office. If you do not follow the rules, you may be prohibited from participation/further participation before, or even during the activity.
Prices vary for each program. If no child fee is set, in principle a flat rate will be applied. Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by their parents.
The activity may be cancelled or the contents may be changed depending on the weather. If an activity is cancelled, the organizer will contact you.
The Customer will participate in an activity at his or her own risk. The activity organizer is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, etc. during an activity.
If you must cancel your participation in an activity, please contact the organizer at least 3 days in advance. In principle, a cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days before the start of the activity.
From 2 days before the start of the activity to noon of the day before: 50% of the fee will be required.
From noon the day before the activity starts to the date of the activity: 100% of the fee will be required.
The Corporation may provide information by e-mail to The Customer, only if he or she has given his or her permission at the time of member registration, or if The Customer gives this permission at a later date.
All member information registered by The Customer can be viewed and modified at any time on the member information page after login. The Customer may cancel his or her membership using the edit membership information screen.
The Corporation may change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. In this case, the changed terms and conditions will be applied to The Customer.
Membership may be rejected or a member may be expelled by The Corporation under the following circumstances:
