Tajimi Special activity Program in Gifu Prefecture

In order to earn the trust of all the users (hereinafter referred to as "The Customer") of our website (hereinafter referred to as "The Service"), Tajimi City Tourism Association and Tajimirukomichi Office (hereinafter referred to as "The Corporation") collect a minimum of personal information from The Customer. Regarding the handling of the above mentioned user information, we have established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "This Policy").

"Personal information" whithin "Privacy information" refers to "personal information" defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Method of data collection

• The Corporation asks The Customer to enter personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and email address when you register as a member of The Service.
• The Corporation utilizes browsing history information, the date and time of use, how The Service was accessed, and other data from The Customer in order to analyse the usage of The Service, to manage the site and so forth. The Corporation does not use the information to identify The Customer.

Purpose of collecting and using personal information

The purpose for which The Corporation collects and uses personal information is as follows:

• To allow The Customer to view and modify his or her registered information and view usage status, registered information such as name, address, and phone number, activities participated in, their prices and other related information.
• To allow The Corporation to contact The Customer by phone or e-mail, if necessary
• To allow The Corporation to use information such as name, address, and telephone number to confirm the identity of The Customer
• Purposes related to the above reasons

Provision of personal information to a third party

Personal information obtained from The Customer will be used within the scope of the data collection purposes. It will be managed appropriately, and will not be provided to a third party without The Customer's permission unless there are special circumstances for doing so.

All works (texts, photos, illustrations, drawings, programs, editorial works, databases and works resulting from their secondary use) on the site are Copyrighted.
