Onna-Joshu (Lady of the Castle) Sake Brewery Tour and Sake Making Experience!

Established around 230 years ago, the Iwamura Sake Brewery is the only sake brewery in Ena City, and is located in Iwamura Castle Town. Visit the brewery to witness the sake brewing process and taste several kinds of sake. Afterwards, blend your own unique sake from a selection of sake including Daiginjo sake, a premium sake made with only the best part of the rice. You can take home two bottles (500ml each) of your own unique blended sake to enjoy. See it, taste it, and take it home!

If you're lucky, you might even get to taste some freshly pressed sake!
